My name is Anna Packham and I have spent the last 7 years in San Diego, California. I earned my masters degree in special education non severe at Azusa Pacific University. At my last middle school, I taught Special Day Class and Resource. Prior to venturing to San Diego, I was born and raised in Chesterton, Indiana. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Manchester College.
I became interested in international teaching after I went on a Teacher Venture Trip to Malawi and Uganda, Africa! The experience challenged my teaching methods and enhanced my love for teaching.
Currently, I work at International School Eastern Seaboard as the learning needs teacher! My teaching position is new to ISE. Collaborating with the administration and faculty, this program will benefit students who needs extra support academically in their grade level classes. Helping these students with assessments, observations, and small group instruction will benefit them to stay on track with their grade level classes.
I am very excited to begin working with the amazing faculty and students at the school. This will be a great school year!
